20 minutes of my life I'll never get back...

I made the mistake of answering the phone for an unknown call. The woman immediately informed that they were not asking for money but would like to know my opinions about Richmond area hospitals and health systems. Against my better judgment, I told her I would participate. I thought it would never end but for some reason I couldn't quit part of the way through...Go figure. And 20 minutes later it finally ended. Oh well...
