The Fayre Word for 11/14/06...

Back from a hard workout at the gym...ran 3 miles on the treadmill...and even increased my pace for part of that. Woohoo.

Anyway, here's today's word:

plinth \PLINTH\ (noun)
1: the lowest part of the base of an architectural column
2: a usually square block serving as a base; broadly; any of various bases or lower parts

I think I'll have to figure out a way to track my running progress, but not sure how just yet. Stay tuned.

there's always this as a crazy, anal retentive solution. :-) except, it doesn't add things up for me. such a bother. but i like having it online so i can look at it all the time. otherwise, id' have it in excel.
