"Great job, Torin."

Just recently Torin has started saying, "Great job, Torin" when he does something. He says it after he sings a song, says his ABCs, claps to a song, draws a picture, etc. Just about everything deserves a "Great job, Torin."

I love it that he does this because I feel like he's learning to give himself praise and maybe that means he won't always depend so much on what others think or say.

And it also means that hopefully he's hearing that enough from us that it's become part of his regular vocabulary.

Can't even describe how much I love this guy!
